Tai Chi Martial Arts provides training for both corporate and social orgainizations. There are several training programs available or a custom program can be designed. Training objectives can focus on general health, stress reduction, flexibility, self defense or team building.
Classes are built around one or more of the following forms based on the training objectives:
Yang Style Tai Chi 108 Posture Form
Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Posture
Yang Style Tai Chi 8 Step Form
Chen Style Ba Fa
Kung Fu
Seniors Class
8 Step Form (8 hours) and/or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Chi Kung Breathing
Ba Fa (4 hours), Sun Style (1 to 2 hours), Chen style (4 - 6 hours).
Tai Chi
Long form (32 to 50 hours) and/or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Stress Reduction
Chi Kung Breathing (1 hour or more)
Self Defense
Basic defense against strikes, kicks and grabs (2 hours or more) This is a popular and fun course.
