Tai Chi Martial Arts
Tai Chi Martial Arts (TCMA) has been providing The Woodlands, Spring and Conroe with traditional Chinese martial arts since 1999. We offer quality training in tai chi, qigong, northern shaolin, praying mantis, chin na, and weapons.
Learn the ancient exercise that works every muscle group in the human body, massages all of the organs, promotes good health and helps to reduce stress levels. Tai chi is the largest sport in the world with tens of millions of participants. Anyone can do tai chi regardless of age or physical condition and no special equipment is needed.
We offer a complete program that covers all aspects of tai chi. Our program is designed to allow the student to explore and learn the many aspects of Tai Chi: health, history, philosophy, applications and weapons. Students are limited only by their own desires and goals
Supporting Health and Healing
Tai Chi Martial Arts is proud to partner with Canopy Cancer Survivorship Center, a community of hope and healing at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center. At Canopy, individuals affected by cancer and their loved ones receive compassionate care through programs designed to enhance their emotional, physical, and social well-being.
Through this partnership, we offer free Tai Chi classes to help cancer survivors improve balance, reduce stress, and restore a sense of calm and empowerment. Tai Chi’s gentle, flowing movements align perfectly with Canopy’s mission to improve the quality of life for those touched by cancer. Together, we’re fostering strength, resilience, and holistic healing for our community.
