TaiChi is an excellent low impact exercise to improve balance and flexibility as well as strength. Often described as moving meditation TaiChi moves all your joints and may help with mobility as well. Very good class.

I did tai chi with David for approximately 10 years and highly recommend it. It’s outstanding for a great blend between exercise, meditation and qigong.
David makes the sessions fun for all, whatever your level. Especially fun is to be had on Tai Chi Day. I just wish David would also hav a dedicated program on QiGong for seniors with mobility and balance challenges.

Sifu David is a great instructor with decades of experience and tremendous patience. I've been a student for 10 years, save a few breaks, and have learned the long form, short form, 8 step, fan and ba fa. I originally began tai chi to help with lower back pain and it did relieve the pain after a while. I would highly recommend this low impact program to anyone who wants to elevate their wellbeing while reducing stress.

Sifu David Neighbors is an excellent teacher of martial arts - constantly inspiring us to improve our form and ad new elements to our practice. I take Tai Chi from him on Saturdays now and look forward to it each week. He also teaches on Monday nights.
